Mandara Spa in The Sky Tower is now open daily.

All Spa facilities and amenities are for adult use only and are available on the day of your service.

Spa Day Passes

Day Passes will be offered at the appropriate fee (either Hotel or Non-Hotel Guest) to any Soar card holders and above, Monday through Thursday; not available on weekends or holidays. Member Card must be presented upon check-in. Guest may have a maximum of 2 people during any given day; i.e., the card holder and 1 Guest.

Pool ONLY Passes will no longer be offered.

Adult Guests receiving Earth Spa and/or Sky Spa services for themselves totaling $100.00 or more, during a single day, receive complimentary day access to the Mandara Spa Sky Tower facilities and amenities to include Sky Pool and Sky Fitness Center between the hours of 9:30am - 6:00pm on the day of service.

Mandara Spa in The Earth Tower is now open on Saturdays.

Mandara Earth Spa facilities include:

- 3,000 square-feet
- 7 treatment rooms
- Massage and facial rooms and one couples suite
- Signature services include Mandara Customized Massage,
Mandara Signature Facial and Fire & Ice Massage

Please be aware that we ask about current medical conditions of our guests to ensure we are providing a safe spa experience. If you have any medical conditions that may impact your experience, please share with our Concierge upon booking your reservations. Some services cannot be performed on our guests if they have a pre-existing medical condition such as pregnancy. Please see our Spa Concierge for complete details regarding this or any of our policies.

Guests under 18 years of age require parental consent via a signed Minor Waiver and in some cases, Parent must accompany minor during the treatment. All facilities and amenities are adult only, so minors under the age of 18 are not permitted access. Proper attire is required for all minors having eligible services. Please see our Spa Concierge for complete details regarding this or any of our policies.

We ask that you arrive at least 30-minutes prior to your service so that you may take full advantage of our amenities and facilities prior to your service. Amenities and facilities are only accessible the day of your service and close at 6:00pm, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

*For groups of six or more, please contact our Sales and Marketing Coordinator at 860.862.4501. Please be aware that a 72-hour change/cancellation policy is applicable to groups. Non-group reservations have a 24-hour change/cancellation policy.

Please be aware that we do not accept Spa Reservations, changes or cancellations to reservations via voicemail, email or social media; you must speak directly to one of our Spa Concierge during our hours of operation.

For your convenience, a 20% service charge in lieu of gratuity will be automatically applied to the final bill. Your provider will receive 100% of the service charge. Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Use of portable electronic and mobile devices is prohibited in the Spa and Salon.
